Browsing Your Station's History
The Charts tab shows your station's measurements over a period you choose: a day, a week, a month, a year, or a rolling window such as the last 24 hours. This article explains how to step from one period to the next and how to jump straight to a date.
Opening Your History
Open a station, then go to the Charts tab. Most reports in the Analysis tab use the same period controls (see Weather Station Reports & Analysis).
Changing the Period
- Use the scale buttons next to the date to choose Day, Week, Month or Year, or a rolling window: Last 24 hours, Last 7 days or Last 30 days
- Click the arrows on either side of the date to go to the previous or next period
- Click the date itself to pick a day, month or year from a calendar
Future dates can't be selected: your history always ends now.
Rolling Windows
A rolling window always ends at the current time, so there is no previous or next window to step to. To leave it, choose a scale or a date. In the mobile app, the rolling windows are part of Premium and are marked PRO for other users (see Premium Features).
Swiping and Pinching (Mobile App)
In the mobile app you can also swipe the chart left or right to move to the previous or next period, and pinch it to switch to a shorter or longer scale. If these gestures get in your way, you can turn them off (see Display Settings).
